I've taken faenza icon and mixed with other icons i found in internet.
Icons that not belong to the original faenza are: Dropbox, whatsapp, messages, camera, gallery, weather, updater, explorer, lantern, contacts, fruit ninja, apparatus, cut the rope, angry birds, facebook, soundhound, maps, pudding camera, navigation, ebay, double twist, airsync and doodle jump.
Of this group there are some that i found in internet but i didnt change anything.
Others belong to EDIUS HD icon pack, but reshaped.
The ones I've benn working harder, are based on the original app icon but reshaped and resized by me.

The android rom is MIUI 2.16 with Launcher Pro (I use it because i need to activate Autofit option to make widgets look better.
To display that icons on homescreens I use Desktop VisualizeR (1x1)
